Box Office Disclaimer

All ticket sales are final, like opening night, they only happen once! Refunds or exchanges will not be issued unless a performance is canceled. Should that rare curtain call not rise, patrons will be offered the option to exchange tickets for another performance (subject to availability) or receive a refund.

Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of house management and only during appropriate breaks in the performance, so we encourage you to arrive early and settle in before the magic begins.

Please note that some productions may include mature themes, loud noises, theatrical haze, or strobe lighting—part of the wonder of live theater!

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by all venue policies. To keep the experience immersive for all, photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited during performances.
